Pascal Resin is a Software Engineering Manager at Symbios Orthopédie, leading a team that designs, builds, and operates regulated software for orthopaedic implant planning, as well as non-regulated supporting software. Over 18 years across Codman/J&J, Dentsply Sirona, and Symbios, he moved from R&D software engineering into engineering and process leadership, including driving global tool and process harmonisation across regulated and non-regulated development. Pascal combines deep regulatory grounding (FDA, IEC 62304/81001-5-1, ISO 13485) with a genuine interest in the human side of engineering – listening to teams before trying to fix their processes.
